This session introduces the CliftonStrengths® approach to leadership, covering the power of strengths, authentic leadership, the 4 Needs of Followers, and practical ways to apply a strengths mindset right away, even without individual results.

Speaker: Tina Gimlin, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Tina Gimlin, SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, is a Gallup‑Certified Strengths Coach with over 20 years of human resources experience across non‑profit, public, and private sectors. She currently serves as Senior Manager, Talent Advisor at Clark Nuber PS, specializing in employee coaching, development, and training. Her previous HR experience includes performance management, compensation, employee relations, engagement, succession planning, recruitment, and learning and development. Tina holds a BS in Psychology from Portland State University and served on the Yakima SHRM Board (2016–2019) and the Washington State SHRM Board (2020–2024) in multiple leadership roles.
