Terms of Service for Posts by Members

  1. Respect other users. We are a professional community working to improve ourselves and others.  No attacking or abusing fellow forum members. Members who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.
  2. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to irrelevant or malicious websites will be deleted.
  3. Keep comments within a discussion relevant to the topic of the article.  If another topic needs to be addressed, please request the site staff to create one.
  4.  Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.
  5. Adult content. This is a site meant for professionals to utilize in our community. Posts containing adult material will be deleted, this ranges from profanity to pornography.
  6. Illegal content.  If needed cite your sources.  No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted. 
  7. We at Yakima SHRM above all encourage you to connect and collaborate with your local peers.  Leverage your community to help yourself grow professionally.
