Provide technical, clerical, and customer service support for Human Resources. 

  • Encompass all benefits for both salaried and hourly employees.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records.
  • Responsible for the Education Program Development and Facilitation.
  • Interpret personnel policies and procedures and benefits summary plan descriptions fairly and consistently.
  • Responsible for the Tracking and Reporting of all house wide training requirements and departmental training by request.
  • Perform other related work as required.

  • Philosophy consistent with the Hospital’s mission to deliver high quality and compassionate health care services to our patients, physicians and communities we serve, focusing on customer service. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to think and act independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the telephone and in writing.
  • Ability to interact effectively with persons of differing ethnic and social/economic backgrounds.
  • Ability to organize workload and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Knowledgeable of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in computer programs. 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Human Resources. 
  • SHRM-CP preferred

Experience:

  • A minimum of at least 3-5 years progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Labor Relations experience is preferred.
