The Employee and Labor Relations Specialist is the primary contact for employees, managers, and labor union to address employment concerns and grievances. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and coordinating employee relations cases and ensuring that concerns are addressed in a timely manner in accordance with applicable employment law and organizational policy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in related area required; applicable experience/training may be substituted in lieu of education.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in human resources required; previous employee relations and labor relations experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
