Diana Welch is the owner and lead consultant for Human Resources and Management Solutions. Diana is a seasoned Human Resource Executive with more than 30 years of experience. She is as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a SHRM-SCP certification. She also holds certifications in Crucial Conversations, Studer Hardwiring Excellence Coaching, DiSC Personality assessments, and Patrick Lencioni’s “The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.” Her resume includes a series of senior HR management positions in public and private sectors and in unionized and non-unionized environments.
