A new President is always consequential – but especially for employers, as legislative and enforcement
priorities shift. Learn how to proactively comply and mitigate risk in a quickly shifting regulatory landscape.
Nate and Scott will explore President Biden’s executive orders, various agency leadership moves, and new
administrative guidance and rules, including:

     -NLRB Reversals of Trump-era Initiatives
     -The American Rescue Plan
     -Joint Employment
-The Gig Economy and Worker Classification
     -Wage and Hour Developments
     -COVID-19 Guidance
     -Workplace Health and Safety

The workshop will also explore new W-4 Form for 2021. The IRS released the long-awaited final version of the
new Form W-4 (retitled Employee’s Withholding Certificate), with major revisions designed to make accurate
income-tax withholding easier. This workshop will address the most significant employment law developments
