Location:
Zoom
Description:

By 2030, 19.3% of the total U.S. population will be over the age 65. How are you preparing for tomorrow? Learn about traditional and non-traditional training and education opportunities in this fun, interactive online workshop. We will discuss work-based learning, career and technical education, incumbent worker training, apprenticeship and much more. Learn about ways to upskill employees, capture the knowledge of soon-to-retire tradespeople, replace tenured supervisors who have worked their way up the ladder, and prepare the new generation of employees for the jobs of the future at little to no cost – yes, really! Hear from providers who serve Yakima County.
