About our presenters:

Since 1982, Joshua A. Sky has served as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Combining an M.A. in Education with a B.A. in Sociology, Joshua has served as an internal trainer and a contract trainer, facilitator and coach. He consults with small organizations in the development, launch and ongoing administration of their Performance Management programs. With professional experiences in the corporate, healthcare, government, nonprofit and public education sectors, Joshua currently presents personally customized and pre-developed training programs throughout the U.S.

Joshua is a national member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). He’s a founding member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC) and a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an active member of two local chapters in Florida. All of Joshua’s work emphasizes one philosophy: "Helping Individuals To Reach Their Full Potential."
